BOOST offers a series of short 90min group sessions dedicated to exploring a specific trick through innovative coaching methods and practices.

General suitability: you should have fundamental boat control on Grade 3 water. This includes basic manoeuvres such as breaking in/out, ferry gliding, and a consistent white water roll. You should also be reasonably fit.
To get the best from these short sessions you must be able to perform the stated foundation skills (one way at a basic level).
