I’m currently in Plattling, Germany and have just finished running a custom ADP freestyle camp for the Finish National Freestyle Team. The programme was based around effective training, training to compete and competing to win. It was great to be invited to work with the team again, I had an awesome time, and am looking forward to watching their progress…
