ASP 1200+ is a high‑performance pathway for women who are shaping the next era of freestyle. It will bring together six international K1W athletes who are ready to move into new scoring territory and add depth, consistency and momentum to the highest level of women’s freestyle.
Through advanced trick development and complex ride strategy, ASP 1200+ creates a space where next level performance is shaped and shared within a positive, collaborative coaching environment. This supports focused growth and the development of the skills needed to reach a 1200 point performance and beyond.
If you can see yourself working toward Space Jams, Lunar Tricky‑Loops and the kind of rides that define next‑era freestyle, this is a great next step.
What are the ASP 1200+ goals?
ASP 1200+ is built around three core goals:
- Improving personal bests
- Supporting national‑team selection and international readiness
- Progressing national‑team athletes toward podium‑level performance
These aims support long‑term athlete development, from breakout athletes to established international competitors.
What support will I receive?
ASP 1200+ is provided on a pro bono basis, with Dennis contributing his professional coaching and expertise to strengthen athlete development and international progression.
Coaching resources are allocated based on your individual training and performance needs, ensuring you receive the right level of guidance, analysis, and continuity to support your progression.
What is expected of me?
As an ASP 1200+ athlete, you’re encouraged to stay engaged in your training, follow through on any agreed commitments and keep communication open throughout the programme.
Can I still work with other coaches and programmes?
Yes. Dennis is committed to an athlete‑centred approach and has extensive experience collaborating with teams, coaches and sport science practitioners. This ensures you benefit from a holistic and supportive environment.
How long will I be on the programme?
The annual programme cycle is aligned with the competitive calendar and runs for one year. A six‑month continuation review is built into the process to assess progress, alignment and readiness for ongoing support. The programme may be extended for a second year if performance agreements are met. If these agreements are achieved within the first two years, athletes may be awarded a further two years, completing the full four‑year cycle.
Applications close on the 27th July 2026
